Hoping to bring their website up to date with the modern world, HSN Group, a freight forwarding company specializing in cold-temperature logistics, embarked on a mission to revitalize their online presence. Beginning with interviews of the directors and marketing manager, we then conducted a thorough competitor review to determine a branding approach that would distinguish them from the competition.
We came up with a UI/UX design that is completely distinct from their previous website, taking into account customer purchasing journey and management requirements for information provision.
We shifted customers' perceptions from separate companies to a company that provides end-to-end services under the parent company of HSN Group through a headline banner: 'Delivering Integrated Service within HSN Group.'
We were also able to enhance their previous tagline to better represent their brand. The new tagline we developed is 'Total Service, Total Dedication'.
