Challenge

Séve is a brand-new digital marketplace that developed to help local brands and designers to go beyond. The idea is to meet the local creativities with its customer easier and faster through digital platform. By building digital marketplace for local brands, séve expected to provide freedom of people’s style in fashion and elevate people’s perception to be proud in wearing local brands. Anchoring in online-based channel, séve needed a social media strategy and execution.

Our Crafting

Realizing that séve is a new brand and start-up, aruppa helped them to develop an integrated brand and communication strategy first before stepping on to social media strategy. Following their vision and ideas, we came up with brand DNA which séve is a brand that understands who customers really are. In order to be consistent in communicating their brand DNA, we helped them with several suggestions for their long-term slogans. For the first 5 years, jadi yang kamu mau sounds a perfect-match to their brand DNA. In order to be consistent in communicating their brand DNA, we helped them with a guideline of visual and editorial voice execution in all online and offline channels. As our principles in implementing brand strategy, we have been developing social media strategy anchored from its brand DNA, focus on deep-rooted content, and integrate all 360 communication wheels to maximise its social media.
